Pokey will be weather dependent for the order of events, but will be core and stretching focused with a mix of Pilates and Yoga. Zero running but not Coupon-heavy. If colder, we start with and have more active movement and Pilates to get the Heartrate higher and blood flowing. If warmer, we lengthen the Yoga. Bring a mat and wear layers. We will operate during the months that Gumby typically hibernates, which is November – March, and then things will switch back to Gumby at Forest Hills Waxhaw.

– we did dynamic warmup spanning the Parking lot 🐪
– Rooster then led us through 20-25min of Yoga / stretching.
– Bratwurst finished out with 15min of core.
