So I was not prepared for this many pax, I planned the work out so that I could handle 16 and could scale to 20. Certainly didn’t expect 27 pax this morning. So what do you do, USE YOUR RESOURCES, and I had several at my fingertips, but nothing spoke a combination beat down like Ice9 and the coupon stations combo!

A little tangent here but a message to the pax. F3 is more than a work out, more than banter and even more than serving in our community. We are a group of men that believe that we are greater together than what we can do on our own. I am a testament to that fact and from very personal issues to something as simple as splitting a Q, I have men that I can count on to support me, I am incredibly grateful for that.

This is no small or insignificant fact, this is important, I know several men that don’t have other men in their lives and I am very sad for them. But it takes effort on your part as well to reach out, be real, be humble and be yourself and you will find that F3 can be a great group of men to connect with to walk through life with! Good times as well as the bad or struggling times.

Grateful to you all for many great friendships, support and accountability over the years. Lets keep it going!

Lastly, I know you all got your asses kicked this morning by ICE, hopefully you put the work in on the coupons and your hamstrings will be sore on Thursday, at least enough to slow you down for you 3 plate on Thanksgiving!
