Run to clubhouse for some light warm up
Hit the trail through the woods for a little adventure and pop out in cul de sac
Knock out some dry docks, burpees and Bonnie Blair’s between cul de sacs

Head back to clubhouse while knocking out some a bomb jacks
Head back to COT from clubhouse and crush a few more Bonnie Blair’s
Ab Webb- big boys /LBCs/Pistols 10/40 of Webb
Circle around lot and knock out 10 merkins each corner

Great small group today that brought it——- and this is my first time over here at Last Call – great site
1- 5:45 start time
2- tons of things to do- Weddington Chase hood, trails, lots of roads and clubhouse
3. Another small hood in the side of Publix with a large loop for Partner work
