It was a cold morning, but nothing could stop Soggy and the crew! We took a “field trip” to a different part of the parking lot—coupons in hand and determination high—to power through our workout, even with freezing fingers.
We kicked things off at:
• Corner 1: Chest Press
• Corner 2: Triceps Extensions
• Corner 3: Bicep Curls
• Corner 4: Shoulder Press
Each person worked for 1 minute at each station, moving with purpose from one corner to the next. Then we regrouped in the middle for an abs session featuring LBC’s, Flutter, and Heals to Heaven. We repeated that circuit for two rounds.
As we started to warm up, Soggy switched things up with a new set of exercises:
• Squats
• Toe Taps
• Lawn Mowers
• Shoulder Pull-Ups
We hit the same format—met in the middle for abs (Big Boi’s, an exercise I can’t remember, and Gas Pumps) and did two more rounds.
Finally, we headed back to our usual stomping grounds, and the dice came out to mess with us. We each did two throws and learned to love/hate squats.
This session was a powerful reminder that when the team comes together, even a cold morning can ignite unstoppable momentum.
