8 fellas posted in the rain for the final interval workout before next week’s mile time trial. We ran a taper workout that was still pretty tough. 6 x 400m @ goal mile pace with 60 sec rest.

Kudos to Shania and Singlet for posting a day after crushing the Murph wearing 20 lb vests. Welcome Crank who was at his 2nd workout and is a respect with legit speed (he was out in front with Shania throughout. Seabass did a good job not running into anyone or anything with his foggy glasses. According to my notes I need to let everyone know that Drive By needs bifocals. Also pray for Drive By’s extended family that is experiencing some health issues.

The mile time trial is Tuesday June 3rd at Waxhaw Express (0515 Cutty MS). Even if you haven’t trained feel free to come out and run and/or cheer on those that did.
