What had happened was:
Delightful temperatures in the 20’s but Wilbur shows up with shorts on.

YHC used to rock the shorts in this kind of weather but has been living in NC for too long and is getting soft.

Opening Mosey to get the blood moving.

After some opening warmups we started 22’s in honor of Veterans Days and in memory of the 22 Veterans that commit suicide every day.

Reach out to a vet, you never know what they may be dealing with.

To really stay warm the Q chose Bomb Jacks and Big Bois to start.

About half way through and we all started grumbling so switched to Lunges and Flutters.

Wrapped that up and headed to the track for Merkins and Loops before heading back to COT for some ab web.
