What had happened was: beautiful morning for early stroll through the hood, fown to 521 and back hitting the light polls. Topped off with some four corners and rock n roll. Sprints at the end. Great 61 minute and 45 second workout. Goodfella would have lost his marbles.

Everyone kept a great pace. Coffee was excellent and fellowship was top notch. Will definitely come back if they will have me.
