I didn’t expect so many pax and certainly was not prepared with a game plan for a tight AO, taking the PAX where I planned to go would have been disaster. But what do we do in F3, we take what know and make the best of it.
WU: Mosey around the lot and circle up. Merkins, stretching and night moraccan things;
The Thang: Start with 5 rounds with partner of 10 merkins as we circled part of the lot (which part was apparently not clear). Then line up for suicides. Sets of 5,4,3,2 burpees at home, with squats, big boi’s, forward lunges and reverse lunges. Mary between.
