Over in Germany w family and Motorboat (Kyle) and I found a park/track near the Munich Olympic site where In 1972 Mark Spitz won 7 gold medals, the USA lost in the last second to Russia in the basketball finals, and the mass shooting occurred were a bunch of terrorists killed 2 Israeli athletes.

– 1.5 mile run to site
– Pull up bars and rubber 40 yard track
– One guy sprints track does five jump up burpees on box and returns with five more . Does this twice while other guy does unlimited push-ups and pull-ups until he returns.
– 1.5 mile run back with mosey two street lights and sprint two streetlight (intervals) all the way back
