[asylum] Slamball Burpee Indian Run

What had happened was: 5 pax came together for a continuous Slamball burpee Indian Run and the goal to stay together as one uniform team.

Directions… pax in the rear of Indian Run slams ball and runs to the front. Next guy does burpee and picks up the ball. Repeato all over Wesley Oaks with a series of exercises at each culde sac in cadence. (Merkins, Big Bois, Dry Docks, etc). In explaining the plan, there were some “uh what?” Landfill but he more than powered through and pushed himself. Awesome job dude!!! Singlet – Justin Nelson was his normal self running around everyone with encouragement. Smokey made it look easy as Blue Screen kept the group together. Kudos to everyone. Also I credit Bottlecap with this whole Slamball Burpee Indian Run thing, but he probably stole it from somewhere.

Finished right on time. Limited announcements (trail fest) and BS took us out. Blue Screen also provided bags for individuals in need for the pax to share. Was a solid morning.
