What had happened was: YHC arrived, scheduled Q did not. Nor did anyone else. Some running, ladder up with T merkins along the lights to Rea Road. Totalled 111. Ladder back down with various types of squats, totalled 111. Threw in 111 curls, LBCs, bear crawls, back scratchers. It was a lovely time.
About now is the 5th anniversary of The Body Shop — probably the appropriate way to celebrate.
