Mosey to bridge – 20 dips then lunge walk to other side for 20 more dips.
Short little mosey to where the Paula Abdul’s began. Two burpees and back for 10 squats. Do this for about 10 mail boxes.
Mosey to Nesbit Rd and the rock pile for some curls, triceps, rows and front shoulder raises running in between. Followed by bear crawls lunges on the way to 4 corner x 2. (20 big boys, lbc, merkins and flutter)
Lastly head to stairs for 6’s burpees at bottom and American hammers at top
That is basically the story. The here may be a little grey area in there but you get the picture.
