Kermit had a weinke all ready to go, though, so we crushed it together.
Mosey, warmup, partner work (not hard to find a partner) up the stairs.
Then to the back of the school for jans and air presses on the wall.
Then to some free throw practice. 5 burpees for a miss, 5 merkins for a make. We did a lot of burpees.
Then an obstacle course through the playground.
Over to the rock pile for some more partner work doing bicep curls, tricep extensions, and plank.
Then finish up over at CoT with the runners by doing an ab web.
