YHC has officially done “12 Days of Christmas” 6 times this December, 3 on one side of the whiteboard (no equipment) and 3 on the other side of the whiteboard (with gear) with kettle bells, rocks, and cinder blocks.
Today it was mainly U-Haul and Dunkin battling through all 12 days, while Mayhem and Rockslide were being mindful of some injuries and mall-walked around. :muscle:
