Made the trip to The Rock’s Omaha Beach AO. A gear workout on a Wednesday in a Baptist church parking lot the size (but not shape) of 5 Stones.
Partnered up with MapQuest & Sparky for station work. As soon as MapQuest said his name, I asked, “You work for ESRI?” Sparky is doing electrical work in downtown Waxhaw & the new Waxhaw Town Hall.
Shrute & Italian Job were there as well. Pleasantly surprised to find a Waxhole in their COT. IJ was sad he missed WTF & Shrute will be there for our Launchvergiversary in September.
Also learned about clerkins (Clock Derkins)
