quick DiCCS, after I learned that Inspector had a real Schnitzel!

Mosey to MS entrance.
warmup with 15 each. SSH, Moroccan Night Clubs, Imperial Walkers, mountain climbers. Then stretching and 15 potato pickers.

mosey past COT to path going to the shed.
Alternate each light on the left 5 squats and 5 merkins.

mosey to basket ball court. one way bunny hops, other way frog leaps. somehow they hurt today…

mosey to stairs.
2 burpees at the bottom, 15 donkey kicks at the top, 5 big boys at the lamp post. total of 5 rounds.

mosey to roundabout. plank on curb, 5 merkins, 5 „steps“ to the right, 5 merkins, 5 steps to the left, 5 merkins.

mosey to parking lot.
run to first line, 2 sister mary cathrine‘s, come back to curb, run to second line, 4 SMC‘s,… and so on.

Mosey to HS main entrance.
10 step ups, one lap around the island

Indian run back to COT.

It was great, as always, to get out there and work through the pain together!
