Opened up with some slow stretching child cat cow into down dog and forward fold/mountain rotations
Did some runners, lizard, half split and side angle flows
Then into warrior 1-2-3 crescent, stork and some modifications
Slowed down with rag doll, tree, frog and some abs
Supine stretches and final rest to end
45 minutes came fast and no middle finger birds – should we extend to a power hour?
