Warmup with child cat cow thread dd ud and rag doll
Jumped into 10 or so dd, 3 leg, plank, ud rotations with combinations of warrior 1 2 3 crescent triangle side angle stork lizard and single leg squats
Abs with eagle crunches and a plank hold
2 pigeons, happy baby and some suspine twists before final rest
