Paper Jam arrived confident that he could survive the full session—as long as it included his signature pigeon pose and a healthy dose of corpse pose at the end. (Mission accomplished.)
The wrist stretches early on threw Dunkin into a brief state of confusion, but once we got past that, he locked in and kept pace with the ever-evolving movements. U-Haul kept the PAX flowing from pose to pose with just enough awkward transitions to make you question if this was yoga or interpretive dance.
Focus: Lower back and legs, with a bonus full-body tune-up.
COT:
A few deep breaths, a prayer of gratitude, and everyone walked off feeling a little looser and a lot more grounded.
Moleskine:
• Yoga may not be everyone’s thing, but #Gumby remains a solid reset for the body and mind.
• Shoutout to the YouTube yogis who unknowingly shaped the morning.
• Corpse pose remains undefeated.
