What had happened was:
Mosey’d around a bit, warm ups, run to clubhouse with pushups and lunge walks along the way. Once at clubhouse we did a mini Murph session, followed by abs and finished up with mosey back to COT and some additional exercises. Fun was had by all. We talked about potentially moving time back for LastCall.
