Mosey to Publix parking lot for SSH, LSS, backward lunges, 1-leg deadlifts.
No more pax showing up so mosey to neighborhood. Mosey to playground doing pushups at every 2nd driveway.
Partner up with partner alternating 5x pullups and 5x speedskaters, other partner running the circle in front of clubhouse.
Mosey farther into neighborhood doing 5 dry docks at every 2nd driveway. At stop sign turn around doing karaokes and mosey back to clubhouse parking lot.
4 corners of lunges and bearcrawls x1.
Mosey back to start, running backwards with 5x squats at each driveway.
Circle up for peter parkers, parker peters, runners stretch, planks, and of course have a nice day.
