What had happened was:
– We mosey’d to the back of Publix where we stretched
– Mosey’d down the hill to Newtown and then on each light on the way back up we did 5 merkins, 5 big boys and 2 burpees
– Mosey’d back to where started stretching and did a ab circle
– Mosey’d to the rocks where we did curls, rows, and flys
– Mosey’d to the hill where we ran we did 7s with squats and merkins and also where Punxy thought we were disturbing the dead at the cemetery.
– Finally, we mosey’d down the Newtown again, around the neighborhood, and back to the cars.
Also, this was an apt day for me to Q because I think it was a year ago this week that I first came out.
