Heavy fog with near zero visibility driving into Mount X and the promise of pain this morning had the PAX questioning whether it truly was time to stop, drop, shut em down open up shop.

We kicked off with a 5-lap ride or die mosey around Mount X, figures moving in and out of the fog like 8 Ruff Ryderz on the prowl.

– Carry it back down
– Earn more work at the curb

Musings
Shout out to Waxhaw’s version of Dark Man X, Deadwood, who protected the streetz of Five Stones from YHC and protected the PAX from the streetz early risers for small group.

At one point I heard Roomba say y’all goin make me lose my mind up in here around lap 8 and listening to both Chulula and Gilmore get an education on 90s and early 2000s hip hop was a much needed break from the reality of the moment.

Pretty sure Chastain went to bed rapping to DMX, woke to DMX, and threw out at least a couple Whaaaat and dog barks throughout the day.
