No warm up, just get it. It misted a bit but we powered through. Could we knock out sub-16min miles through the hills of Waxhaw? DW didn’t think so but with a little bit of double time and no quit attitudes we banked 10miles in 2hrs, 40mins. What did we even do for that time? Only one way to find out but laughs were had. When the Catfish and the Deadwood are in the mix the local growing up stories are limitless as they recount their childhood. They both make it look easy on these miles. Major shoutout to Black Hat as he continues all these journeys. Site Q duties, actively hitting 60min bootcamps, constantly getting prerucks/runs in this year. Keep up the good work brother!
