A few surprises this morning – Singlet – Justin Nelson decided to try his hand/ feet at running, Kilo – Gareth Davies made his triumphant return, and many regulars were either injured or out of town…

In an effort to keep my legs from completely rebelling on my, we avoided the traditional hills and stuck to repeats of the Nesbit loop.
