– 3 mi tempo run (pace you can hold for an hour; should be hard but controlled) on flat-ish 1 mi loop. About as flat as it gets in Millbridge anyway.
– EZ cool-down until time expires

We are now halfway through the fastest mile plan. Great job to those that have consistently posted throughout the first half. Next up on Tuesday is the same 200m interval workout we did a few weeks ago. Get after it.
