SnB’s 2.0 came out to his first F3 workout. The elementary schooler ran more than 5 miles and knocked out all of the intervals! SnB now has to decide whether or not to let Magic Man watch Talladega Nights so he can understand the origin of his name.

Nip came up lame on the home stretch with a Soleus issue. Rest up.
