[short_circuit] Due Largo and a Calcio pitch

Warm-up: Mosey up through the neighborhoods, circle for the six, and finish at Palazzo Naturale (the outdoor gazebo).

Start the Circuit:
– two exercises for un minuto each (some with frittella halfway through), followed by a medium lap around either Largo Maggiore, Largo Como, or the Calcio pitch. Plank / six inches after each lap before calling the next exercise.
– Exercises were :
– Inchworm with merkin
– Burp with 5 Mountain Climbers
– Curtsy Lunge with a hop (frittella at :30)
– Side Plank Leg lift (frittella at :30)
– Scorpion Fighter (frittella at :30)
– Makhtar N’Diaye (frittella at :30)
– Skater lunge into a hold
– Windshield wipers
– Side plank rotation on elbows
– Single-leg deadlift (frittella at :30)
– Bridge March
– Superman Plank (frittella every uno, due, tre)
– Then also thrown in were:
– Step ups 1m from the wall
– LSSquats
– Pax choice of american hammers, Rosalita, play with your cannoli , J-Lo, CDD South Sicilian Dry Docks
– In all, just over 3mi and slightly under 1:00 hour due to a late start.

With most of the PAX sore from the Convergence yesterday, we kept the elevation low and didn’t venture towards Mt. Vesuvius. Instead, we stayed in the Lake District for the longest (Largo Maggiore), the most romantic (Largo Como), and the sweetest grass in the park (the Calcio pitch).

Kid Rock not only makes killer coffee, he pushes through and leads the PAX even when slightly under the weather.
Goodfella said it wasn’t fair for step-ups to be on such a high knee wall, but we noted that all knee walls vary with human height.
Paper Jam tried to call the Italian version of Shavasana (play with your Cannoli), but even Italian things have their limits.

Then we enjoyed the best on-site weekly coffeeteria in Waxhaw!
