COT: Stateline is an excellent AO to build lower body strength, improve running and mobility. I had some anxiety trying to figure out a workout on par with Hot Yoga and Kid Rock as it was my 1st time leading this type of workout. (Yes, even a PAX who has been posting/Qing for 10 years gets nervous about a Q) . But I have been attending this AO regularly since KR launched this AO. I was tired of being a consumer, it was time for me to contribute. I was told the measure for a “good Q” at Stateline is if your legs are sore the next day. As I am typing this (at 6:23pm) I can feel my legs tightening. Whether or not I am able to make KR sore on Wednesday, this morning was a success because I was reminded of a valuable F3 tenet: if I am posting to a site, I should be VOLUNTEERING to Q that site. For those who do not Q on a regular basis (at least 1x per month) I encourage you to sign up to Q where you post and share your story with the rest of us.
