YHC has been under the weather for a week but ventured out to Q, for 3 rounds of:
Calf raises
Low slow squats (warmup round only)
Banded legs 2 ways
Glute bridges
Fire hydrants
Eccentric step downs from bench
RDL’s
Goblet squat + calf raise
Split squats
Jump squats
The last 3 exercises back-to-back were a squat burner, for sure. Wrapped up right at 6 AM, the Q was spent, but more time for stretching. Great to see Posse at this AO, come back any time.
