What had happened was:
Mosey out to stadium lot for some rounds of starfish with merkins squats and burpees after some basic SSH, Jimmy Duggan potato pickers and down/updog and runner stretches
Dasher peeled off for some extra miles at the stadium and 2xT showed up
Back for another round and some Mary for some recovery
Mosey to the front of MS for 10% of Chad 1000 for stepups and then some bonus stepdowns in reverse
Mosey the long way around the bus lot to the steps – audible for some balls to the wall and donkey kicks
At the steps, more Mary and shoutout to Dunkin for some triple nickel with donkey kicks, merkins and squats
Mosey to the shed for 2 rounds of Mary before Paula Abdul back with burpee and big boys
Good push by all, nice to hit the early hour long workout with Blade pushing hard and Dasher recovering and crushing it – Garmin said about 3.5
