WARMUP: mosey around school, stopping at alternating turns for 20x SSH, IW, Jimmy Dugan, into stretching calf, hips, etc
THE THANG: 11s, starting at bottom of hill run to top 10 squats, back down 1 BB, repeat until 5BBs, mosey to rock pile. 3 rounds 15x curls, OH, tris, with a few bent overs near the end.
Run to COT grab some bands and bells and over to swings where bands are pulling stations & bells are for swinging – timer is runner. Got in 3+ rounds and found the 50LB KB swings kill your speed when running right after (maybe we need more cowbell).
