We started off with a mosey to the front of the school for some SSH, IW, Merkins, Stretching, and Jimmy Dugans. Then we completed Big Boys, Derkins, Squats, LBC, Irkins, and lunges. I between each exercise we took a lap around the front of the school. Next was time for a web of Big Boys, L C, with 2 Merkins. With time remaining we ventured around the school to the rear overhang and threw in some air presses and jabs. Finished up with a Mosey back to COT.
