2. Skull Crushers (20 reps, laying on the hill, Declined. Getting into position was half the challenge)
3. LBC (20, flat ground)
4. Curls (15, Flat gorund)
5. V-Ups (10, Flat ground)
6. Overhead Press (10 Flat ground)
7. Lunges (4 trips up the hill, walk backs down SAFELY)
8. Squats (10, Flat ground)
9. Step Up (40)
10. FreddieMercuries (20 reps NO weight Declined on hill)
11. Bent over row (10 flat ground)
12. Dips (20)
We made it to round 8 before we needed to head over to COT for some Air Presses before time was called.
