DiCCS given as we see Dunkin pulling in. Start without him. We are around 20 ssh when he joined and I wanted him to feel the full 20 so we kept going. We got to 40 and I thought we were so close to 50 why not just keep going. We got to 50 and I thought…yeah, nope….1!2!3! Halt.
Dropped in a few newish hip stretches that I’ve been trying to do. It was received though not sure I could say it was well received.
Split up into two groups to split 300 bench presses and 300 goblet squats.
Round 2 split 200 shoulder shrugs and 200 big boys.
Round 3 farmers carry and split 200 in/outs
Round 4 200 curls and 200 triceps
Quick round of hip stretching again because the q needed to catch his breath.
Finished off with a jack web of block v ups and bench press. Got through 9 rounds before Rockwell quickly called time right at 6:25 on the dot. Apparently he didn’t want to start round 10.

– Surprised at my calories burn given this was a 0.0. We never stopped moving once we got going and it showed.
