10 Merkins, 10 donkey kicks with 10 second hold at the end, followed by 10 big boys. Repeat nine, eight, seven until we get to one merkin, one donkey kick with a 10 second hold, one big boy.
Mosey to the front of the high school. 15 dips, 10 step ups, five derkins. Run small lap around island. Repeat times three.
Head to the bleachers. At the top of each stair row alternate between 10 heels to Heaven and 10 Mike Tyson‘s. then finish the loop on the track. Plank for the six.
Run to the bottom of the bus lot. Starting in front of Transporter shed Run to bus spot 30 for 5 burpees, back to start and run to bus spot 20 for five Burpee‘s then run back to start, then run to bus spot 10 for 5 Burpee‘s then back to start, then run to the top of the hill for five Burpee‘s run back for the six finish together with five more Burpees.
Slow mosey back to the start.
Small crowd, but that’s the way swarm works best. Great to see an FNG come out and hit swarm for the first time. Love being able to see the stairs in the light with a later start. Makes a lot more safe, running up and down the bleachers.
