Mosey some more and repeat.
Head to back of Publix for 10 squats at each light.
Mosey into development for Paula Abdul of 10 Bobby hurleys and 10 speedskaters. Repeat but with 15 each.
Mosey to side of Publix for a rotation of exercises while a timer Pax does a loop a building. Once all Pax completed a round headed back to COT for ab work.
