I’ve Q’d the lycan before but not at the new location. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the parking lot in the back, plenty of space to get creative.
Lap around the church, back to start for some warmups. SSH, Imperial Walkers, Moroccans, Mtn climbers, leg stretch, merkins.
Mosey to big parking lot. Four corners going back to center after each corner. Mixed up exercises and did a couple rounds.
Run perimeter of parking lot, with dips at picnic tables, Mike Tyson’s, lunges, big boys. Do loop twice.
Snake run through parking lot with exercises at every other light post. Got to far corner and reversed back.
