What had happened was: We did the longest, hilliest Paula Abdul ever. The concept was simple. Let’s run but do it in a way that causes the faster Pax to consistently circle back and keep the entire group in close proximity. That part worked flawlessly, but sections we kept doubling back on seemed to be all hills. Anyway, the idea was run to the Waxhaw Marvin entrance of Millbridge. Run from COT first roundabout, turn around and back to COT, COT to Hudson Mill roundabout, at Hudson Mill roundabout, go back to first roundabout, first roundabout to the intersection of Hudson and Hamilton Mill, back to the Hudson Mill roundabout. You get it…keep going until you run out of time or get to the rear entrance and turnaround and come back.
