YHC got DM on from site Q Singlet – Justin Nelson checking to ensure will be good to Q Swarm. Gave thumbs up and said covered. Checked in with LRC crowd and Deflated at beach and Smithers was up last night and saw fireworks so I knew he is out for lack of sleep. Drove over to Cuthbertson campus and put down speaker and sandbag and mentally went through final thoughts on Q for that morning. Head over to COT to check on prerunners and wait on pax to start rolling in time is 5:05 and pax count 0. Ok maybe with holiday no one up for pre run and many will be coming in on 2 wheels due to holiday yesterday. Start doing some stretching and check watch little later and 5:10 and still empty. Now YHC knows exactly what is going on Deadwood started a new Slack channel and I was only one not invited and this is going to be the presentation of my Major Award (Fragile of course). This award would be bigger then the F3 chain letter Zinfandel put together years ago (which Deflated never thanked me for the cool stylus pen and glove that came with it to allow for smooth movement for photoshopping). This is going to be a lifetime achievement award so maybe the pax are at the house now starting to dig the pool we really wanted and surprise me when I return home. Or better yet our Mantan Chastain is going to declare Slack Sucks and we are going back to GroupMe with a single channel (don’t worry Transporter we will keep adult swim hours to allow for news at top of the hour).
I need to quickly pull together my speech as I was not ready for this moment but certainly a seasoned EFFEE writer could do something. 5:15 am decide in case trying to capture this moment on hidden camera I give myself the disclaimer and begin to set off to find where the crowd is hiding on down range time 5:18. We do short lap and come back to COT knowing that Impromptu would certainly be converging for this presentation and on 2nd loop around we see Blue Screen warming up and Ricky Bobby – Andrew Cassano in parking lot. Who says that he had HC from Chicken Little and Schneider/Tom Evans while they were celebrating July 4th dry last nightWe wait for the 5:30 launch and with Deadwood not showing check calendar and see that he is not due yet to over sleep a Q as single Q month was not long ago and he had an epic sandbag sleeping bag Q planned. So ok YHC says I got this and with butterfly in stomach again restarts disclaimer and says I will Q today and leads group off to see the mass of F3 members ready to honor him. Coming in late I thought would be Jingles ( F3 Waxhaw)or Posse sibly

We head towards the music where obviously they knew I would go and they could surprise me. But we got there and no one else was there. So the 5 of us did an epic TITANic workout with a triple nickel and 4 corners and got in over 3 miles with it. I even Hooch – Bret Turner ed on the way back by 1 min as a tip of the cap – Reggie style to recognize him as part of my speech. Well for now my HOF speech is put away.
