Since the temps were a little cooler :cold_face: I decided to do about a mile warm up. The old body needed a few more minutes to get going.
The classic: 4 Corners
Corner 1) 5 perfect merkins, run 1.25 laps of lot
Corner 2) 5 squats, run 1.25 laps of lot
Corner 3) 5 CDD, run 1.25 laps of lot
Corner 4) 5 BB, run 1.25 laps of lot.
That is the completion of 1 round. Round 2 was 10 rep count, round 3 was 15 rep count, round 4 was 20 rep count.
Headed back to the coffee brewing area for some gear.
15 reps wall balls #18, American hammers #20, KB Swings #35/40, curl to shoulder press dumbbell #40, sandbag squats #40, dips, and run a lap. Rinse & Repeat x 3
6 minutes left… :thinking_face: lunge walk and duck walk around the lot x 2. Finishing up with a minute of marry.
Well I finally got my :it: blindfold. Will give it a try this weekend. It’s my birthday so anything is possible.
