What had happened was: Light turnout at The Body Shop this morning but after a busy and hype-filled week, you can’t say it was unexpected. We did since debrief and caught Deep Dish up on what he missed yesterday while getting in bear crawls, crawl bears and side lunges, t-merkins, squats, big boys and Supermans. It was chilly out this morning and we tried to stay warm with movement and chatter and it was a good day in the gloom.
