3 PAX ran, stretched and did exercises along the way while 4 PAX rucked. Paper trail went off to see the wizard of idiots so we welcomed the ruck crew into Commitment with open arms so we could pad the numbers and keep the Titan crew in check. A little bit of ground to make up but I feel like the marketing staff is going to step up their game as the year gets in swing.

Mosey to the circle and back up Nesbit to the entrance of MB for stretching. Sidewalk was used and no one was injured bc some sidewalk fairy blew the leaves off a week ago to make a safe surface for us to run on.

Mosey to XLax’ neighborhood and at each driveway in left do 10 x merkins on the way up to culdesac. On the way back do 10 X big boys at each driveway on left.

Cross over Kensington and into MB and at each driveway on right do 10x speed skaters.

Mosey to Clubhouse and circuit through 2 exercises while one PAX runs a hot lap around lot. 1st circuit was lbc and step ups x 2 rounds
2nd circuit was low slow squats and supine. 3rd was lunge walk around playground and plank.

Slow mosey back to COT and done.

Praise: Wil (fuse’s dad) is home from the hospital and in recovery. Long road ahead but major milestone was getting out of hospital.

Prayers for family who lost their little girl in childbirth.
