Mosey towards novant health to get our stretch on.
Split into three groups to knock out 300 each merkins, lbc’s, gas pumpers in one side and 300 each curls, tri’s, and overhead press on the other side with a runner in between (grinder).
Mosey back to cot to do dips and foot release squats in a ladder of 10 reps, 20, 30, and 40 with runs in between.
Done (yes the grinder took awhile).
Moleskin:
– I told gasparilla I couldn’t talk shit to the gazelles anymore (put 30 pounds on and see how hard it is) because he did it and led the entire day. Great effort.
– Mailman back after a hiatus. F3 since 2017 but lives in he middle of Monroe, Indian trail, Wesley chapel triangle (is that the Bermuda Triangle for f3?). Tends to workout with UC more but wants to start hitting asylum and cow bell. Has his kotters q next week at asylum. Go support him.
– Loafer with some well placed “oh yeah’s” today.
– Landfill ran through the grinder like it was easy. Good work today.
– Lots of positive comments about the new stretches thrown in. Been trying to stretch my hips more lately so when I w you will be the benificiary of that as well.
