Opening Mosey over to the front of the middle school, YHC gave a quick glance at his watch and whaddya know, that’s a sub 8 pace to start out with. I know it’s a short distance and all from COT but still that’s cool.

Moseyed to the benches and for 3 rounds of 20 dips and 20 step ups
Head to the big lot for some suicides with 5 squats each time you return to the main curb. heard someone say “wow” under their breath. I agree, it was less than fun. but we all got the full lot done.
Once completed headed to the circle for some fun running back and forth between the islands. Thrice we went back and forth with merkins at the bottom and LBC’s at the top.
Ran to the shed for some wall work with Overhead Press and Jabs (30 each). that last one definitely felt some burn.
We still had a few minutes so 3 squats at each light on the way back to COT where Mad Dog closed us out with some American Hammers.
