[Bushwood] Instructions needed

What had happened was: We warmed up quickly on this cooler spring morning and then jumped right into a starfish – legs, abs, arms, back with and without rocks. After that we did an abridged 4 corners of 7’s with the rocks. That hurt. We finished up with wall work and abs. Was a great morning with some great guys.

Some announcements: blood drive at the end of the month – we need volunteers to help. Christ Closet giveaway coming up. COTS is in our 29th year and always love volunteers to be the hands and feet of Christ. If you’re like me – you’ve got bikes collecting dust that we need to give away to Brat and his crew of bike mechanics.

Prayers: co-worker of Hi-hat – dad is having open heart surgery. Certainly scaring and worthy of prayers! Twinkle toes is traveling. Always praying to keep us safe. Please keep my family in your prayers as my mom has cancer. Hospice is involved and it could be only days or weeks left.

It had been a long time since I last wrote a backblast that I forgot how and had to get instructions from Twinkle Toes. Was really good to be out and hoping this motivation continues and increases.
