[Asylum] Stretch on Your Own Time

What had happened was:
I set my alarm :alarm_clock: for a few minutes earlier than usual in order to kick things off at 5:14 am at asylum! 3 fine Pax were onsite and ready to roll!

The disclaimer was given and off we went… minus Chicken Little who stayed back to get in a 0.0 gear workout. No running for the :chicken: this morning. Knee issues suck! :-1:

Myself, Schneider and Cupid completed a nice tour of the Village Commons shopping center that included a variety of exercises.

Random banter throughout the workout included a consensus that AC/DC:zap:band members are very, very old (since they are older than us) but that they still ROCK! :the_horns::guitar: And a brief debate about RANCH vs BLUE CHEESE with chicken wings. :poultry_leg: It’s clearly RANCH, right?! :white_check_mark:

What a way to start the week!
