What had happened was: 6 years have gone by since I Q’d at this glorious site. I even found the weinke I wrote up back then and used 50% of it again. The timeless, still extra sucky – build a burpee. We built 6 down to 1 using the short but nicely rectangular track on campus which works out to 6 laps and 1-ish miles. Next we moseyd down to the four square parking lot to count 13 parking spots by broad jump burpees. Then clock work murkins using the center of the four square – 3 on each line making a full circle = 12TL. Before leaving the parking lot we needed to count the other row of parking spots so we completed 5 reps of squats, big boys, and dry docks per every 3 spots – completed 5 sets or 15 parking spots. With the remaining time we helped hold up a brick wall while boxing the air and moseyd back to COT. Thanks to Posse for encouraging me to take a Q and for the support of 10 Count and Premature.
