What had happened was:

Been a long week of baseball practices and YHC was beat.

But today is his birthday and rather than sleep in, decided to suck it up and see what Q’s were available.

asylum was open and so they were the lucky group.

Opened up the DICCS to the announcement that it was a birthday Q to groans from everyone. As apparently last week Cupid also celebrated a birthday.

Opened with some SSH and Moroccan Night Clubs followed by some calf stretch.

7’s with burpees and Big Bois, run from
Brooklyn Pizza to Hickory Tavern.

Split us up into 4 stations for wall work, curls, triceps and farmer carries.

Back to 7’s with more burpees but this time LBC’s.

Finished with a quick round of jabs on the wall and granted 40 seconds of have a nice day.

Celebrating another year older but also wrapping up my 4th year in F3. Grateful for this group and let’s keep accelerating.
