PAX: Flanders, Loafer, Doughboy, Blue Screen, Dorothy
Started by running through the Target Parking lot and did some stretches behind Rack Room Shoes. Then we did the 4 corners (Brooklyn Pizza, Hickory Tavern, and the two corners of Petsmart) with Murkin, dips, Carolina dry docks, and squats. We then did the 4 corners again and rotated abs workout (big boys, flutters, American hammers, and heals to heaven). We finished with some donkey kicks.
